Portfolio Review 22/10/09

I have reviewed my portfolio (or sample page at least) so I can email it out to a couple of small design studio's. This will mean that my work can be stuck in front of the noses of the people working in the industry who will hopefully offer the chance to show my full portfolio, and then maybe a job, maybe even a million pounds.

Promotional Material Evaluation

Promotional Material

Over a day or two I had to quickly put together some promotional material advertising myself. Over the summer I had designed a set of typefaces so it seemed only natural for a quick turn around to include the work I had done and sell myself as a typographer.

I took a couple of photographs for my flat-mates website. He works with band merchandise mainly supplying goods to Portuguese bands. He wanted to get a couple of shots of a bag of plectrums which are on sale on his website, www.maudlinclothing.com

Design Strategies Presentation 24/09/09

Slides from my Design Strategies presentation. It makes little sense without a speaker to talk you through the presentation. There again it didn't make much sense when I presented it as I was shitting a brick. I'm getting better at it though.
